• Perry Heights boasts multiple restaurant options, a whole foods, 2 hospitals and multiple walking trails.
• Just under a 10 minute drive you can experience Lovers Lane. A street filled with bars, restaurants, grocery
stores and CVS. If you're in the mood for Mexican food and want great service go check out Mesero!
• If you want to go grab a drink and play some billiards, Inwood Tavern is a fun spot with an outdoor patio in
the back.
• Lot's of local coffee shops are in the area with Starbucks being under 5 minutes.
• With only being a 10 minute drive into downtown Dallas, you can find many more
