This is the worst apartment/owner in Istanbul. I booked it through Expedia, and done the payment before a month. The host/owner didn't send me message before my staying, then I got his number from Expedia with my too much effort just 1 day before. When I communicated with him, he said "sorry, we have another guest, so you can't stay here". He promised me that he refund the money, but I still haven't received it. Maybe he will return it or not, I don't know. So please be careful this apartment.
