Our beach house features an open floor plan with a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for cooking and entertaining. Upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom, while downstairs there are 3 more bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The bedding layout includes 2 kings, 2 queens, 1 double bed, and 2 twins.

Pelican Perch boasts two large porches where you can relax and take in the beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico. The newly rebuilt back deck offers privacy and the perfect spot to fire up the grill for a delicious BBQ. The community amenities include 2 outdoor pools, a fenced kiddie pool, and tennis courts. There are also 4 beach walks within walking distance from the house, making it easy for you to access the stunning white sands of the Gulf.

We understand that your furry friend is a part of the family, which is why we offer pet-friendly accommodations with pre-approval and a small fee. Our property is located in a quiet cul-de-sac, offering plenty of parking for your convenience.

We have a minimum age requirement of 25 years for renters, strictly enforced. Our beach house is a non-smoking and non-vaping unit, inside and outside, including the porches or balconies. All access to the house is via stairways.

Great Stay

Pelican Perch worked perfect for our group of 3 adults and 7 kids. The open floor plan was nice for the big group. Pools and Ocean were just a short walk. Pool was chilly but it was early spring and not heated. Darts, table tennis and bean bag toss games were a nice addition for when the weather wasn’t great. Overall we had a great time and a great stay.
