About this property

Escape to a paradise of relaxation and retreat in our charming vacation home in Cape May, New Jersey. This 4-bedroom rental boasts a beautifully designed brand new saltwater pool and deck, WiFi, a fire pit for cozy evenings under the stars, and a warm indoor pot belly stove to enjoy during cooler months.
Centrally located between wineries, breweries, distilleries and only a few minutes drive from the beach, this is a vacation stay will ensure memories that will last a lifetime.

By renting our property and accepting our rules, you agree to the following in order to use our swimming pool:

1. Waive any claim or cause of action against and release from liability the property owners, its officers, employees, and agents for any liability for injuries to my person or property resulting from my use of the facility or participation in the activity listed above;

2. Agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Property owners, its officers, employees, and agents for any claims, causes of action, or liability to any other person arising from my use of the facility or participation in the activity listed above

Our pool is open seasonally from April til October. Please inquire if the pool will be open if you rent from either of those months as it opens and closes weather dependent.

Pool area open 8am-10pm to respect our neighbors. No excessively loud music or large parties of more than the registered guests (10max) at any time.

We have two exterior cameras, one at our front door and one overlooking the backyard pool are for security. No smoking indoors.

Great stay

We were a group of 8 adults that had a great stay over a holiday weekend. The house was well stocked with kitchen and grill supplies, beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, and pool floats. The house was close to free beaches too which was a plus.

Ferrante Vacation

Clean roomy home. Pool added extra fun. Owners were cordial and communicative, as well as cooperative. Close to active and quiet beaches and to Cape May shopping.

Summer Getaway

From booking to check out the process and communication with Lena couldn't have been easier. House was as described, clean, safe, in a great neighborhood which backed up to a preserve for quiet privacy. 10 minutes to Cape May beaches, shopping and restaurants. Perfect location! Would stay again.
