Sitting just steps from the Wisconsin River, this cozy studio condo offers the perfect home base for your Dells getaway. Popular attractions like Noah’s Ark, Mt. Olympus, the Wisconsin Deer Park, and Crystal Grand Music Theatre are all within around seven miles, and the natural beauty of the Dells is just outside your doorstep, with the state natural area just minutes away. Go for a hike, play some golf, tour the water on one of the famous Dells ducks, or just relax on your private balcony with a good book.

Inside the studio, you’ll find a small seating area, dining table, mini-fridge, and microwave. After full days out, relax in the central air-conditioning while you pop some popcorn and stream the latest movie to watch from bed. More amenities include shared washer/dryers, free cable, and free WiFi.

Chula Vista

Large room with a great view of woods and river below. Very clean and quiet. The beds were a bit hard for me, but this is a personal preference and it wouldn’t keep me from staying here again.

Old, Dirty, and Disappointing

I had high expectations for this place based on the photos and reviews. When we arrived and opened the door we were immediately disgusted by the condition of the carpet, it was filthy and stained. We decided we could live with that because it was later in the evening and my partner was not feeling well. When I looked for disposable cups for water so we could take some meds, there were NONE to be found. They were also lacking coffee cups, yet they provided a coffee pot and coffee. I'm not sure what they expected us to do, but the pictures in the advertisment had dispoable cups in the picture. Why would a place provide coffee, but not cups (or disposable cups). After a long dialogue with what seemed like a bot someone finally delivered coffee cups around 9 pm. We decided to sit on the porch to enjoy the evening but there we so many dead bugs and cob webs it looks like it hadn't been cleaned in years, it was gross. Keep in mind, I'm an outdoorsy person and I don't mind a bug or two...but this was just gross. I think my camping tent is cleaner. Next, we decided to pull back the sheets and get in bed...there were crumbs in the sheets on one of the beds, it was quite evident that the sheets had not been changed. The other bed appeared to be cleaner, but it still gave us the heeby jeebies. Luckily we were not anticipating using many of the adverstised restaurants, bars and pools because many were closed (even though season is supposed to be through Oct) and drained.
