We do enforce our house rules and you will be asked to leave without refund if our house rules are not followed.

Occupant is obligated to abide by all of the requirements of the Putnam County STR ordinances - included in your rental agreement, state and federal and such a violation of any of these rules in the immediate termination of the agreement and eviction from the premises, as well as potential liability for the payment of fines levied.

Special place - extremely responsive owner/manager

We came for The Masters and to play golf. Great location and lovely view of the lake. Spacious house with everything one needs. The truly remarkable thing (I say this as a very frequent VRBO renter for many years) is that the owner/managers were extremely responsive and helpful. When I sent a message I got an answer within 5 minutes. They fixed the very few issues we had immediately and I would just tell them THANK YOU.

Family Birthday Celebration

The house is beautiful with nice outdoor patio area upstairs and pool and hot tub downstairs. We had 3 families with plenty of area for everyone to have their own space. The house was very friendly for our toddler granddaughter. The AC did not work for a day in the master suit but was fixed the next day. The host was very friendly and accommodating. We had a great time!! Thank you
