Rifle Gap

Clean apartment in a good location. Had issues with getting check in information. Host stated his phone app was not working properly, and was unaware the apartment had been rented. VRBO was contacted after attempting to contact host via messenger and a phone call. He later messaged me back with the information needed to access the apartment. Not sure this apartment will be able to be rented again, due to the eviction notice delivered by the owner stating back rent had not been paid and the apartment would be vacated by midnight 10/08/2023.
