About this property

Ocean block first floor 3 bedroom corner condo - steps to the beach and ocean off of 139th St.! This window-filled condo makes for the perfect bright and sunny vacation! The living, dining and kitchen areas are in a large, open area so entertaining and socializing is easy. Recent upgrades include granite counter tops and vinyl plank flooring. The main bedroom has a queen sized bed, the second bedroom has a queen sized bed and the third bedroom has a bunk bed with a full sized bed on the bottom and a twin sized bed on top. There is also a full sized sleep sofa in the living room so you can sleep 9 people comfortably. You'll enjoy 2 full bathrooms, high speed internet/wifi, cable TV (in the living room and bedrooms 1 and 2) and a washer and dryer. There is one assigned parking spot and another unassigned guest spot available for parking for 2 vehicles. There is also plenty of free street parking nearby. You can relax on the large front porch and vacation in style knowing you are walking distace to everything including restaurants, bars, shopping, mini-golf and much more!

*Sorry, no rentals to groups under the age of 25 and no Senior Week groups. Parents are not allowed to rent on behalf of children under the age of 25 and there are no excpetions to this rule. Also, this is a non-smoking property and does not allow pets, sorry.

*Condo comes with blankets/comforters and pillows. However, linens are not provided but can be rented separately for $139.75. A complete linen set includes sheets and pillow cases for each bed and a towel set for each occupant. You can add this option when you make your reservation if you choose to do so.

Beach Family Vacation

We had a great stay. The rooms very a perfect size and the front deck was great for the family to play games. Perfect being on the beach block.

Starting with the positive: Property had a nice, updated kitchen and living room as well as a spacious porch with newer furniture. It was in a good location close to restaurants, shops, and of course, the beach. 7/11 across the street was convenient. Check-in was easy. Negative: The bedrooms and bathrooms were on the smaller side, and the beds were rather lumpy. Also, please note this unit is a first floor unit in a shared condo building so you will hear people above you. Unfortunately, when we stayed at this property, there were a few nights with the people above us moving furniture around and blasting music late into the night. Another note is this property does not have central A/C, there are window units in each of the bedrooms, so the living area may get hot at night (also highly energy inefficient). A couple other minor issues were many of the outlets did not work and there was a piece of glass in the garbage disposal when we arrived.
