Perfect for a group getaway, this Perdido Key paradise comes divided into four separate dwellings, each furnished with standalone living essentials for ultimate flexibility and family living. Along with waterfront views and a convenient location just steps from the beach, you'll also enjoy access to a variety of community amenities during your stay including tennis and pickleball courts and a shared boat dock. When you're not indulging in on-site leisure, you can spend your days exploring the Johnson Beach National Seashore or Pensacola area attractions like the National Naval Aviation Museum, the Seville Historic District, and Uncle Sandy's Macaw Bird Park. Flora-Bama is only three miles away.

Each of the four homes comes complete with a full kitchen, central air-conditioning, and its own washer/dryer. Multiple decks, including one by the water, each come furnished with a gas grill and table seating offering your choice of alfresco dining venues. Every living room/bedroom space features its own smart TV for added convenience.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
