Avoid this property, prior to arrival did not get access code. On arrival, trash and lots of trash bags outside of the property like if this was the local dump site, inside the property, bedding was dirty and soiled in all beds, floors dirty with pet hair, nail clippings and sticky. I contacted the owner and was told to contact cleaning company, this was past 10pm, cleaning company did not come, had to clean everything ourselves, no apology from owner. Second day, no hot water to shower, had to shower with icy cold water, made the owner aware no apology. We returned very late that night, almost around 2am and digital door lock did not work, out of battery!! Contacted the owner and maintenance person and no response at first, contacted VRBO and was told that they would reach the owner, no help there either. We had to go back to the car with the kids and sleep there until almost 6am when the owner texted me that a front window was unlocked and that I should try it. Luckily it was open as he said, which means that anyone could have entered the property and this is Philly, not the safest city, no apology from the owner. Later that morning, we had to wait from property manager to come and replace batteries, that we ended up replacing them ourselves since we had to wait until the afternoon and he never made it and we had to cancel plans for the day. I reached out to VRBO and no help, I reached out to owner to ask for some type of compensation for all these issues and he ignored
