Property is situated on a private half acre Fully fenced in with fantastic views of the Salish Sea. Whether in the kitchen, sitting in living room or eating dinner inside or out its always an amazing view. Large dinning table that can accommodate 8 people. Local artwork displayed. Outdoor shed has Ping Pong Table, Dart Board Badminton, Bocce, Soccer and Basket balls. There are also 2 kids Kayaks available to use. Close to Recreation center with amenities that include weight room, exercise classes, swimming pool/hot tub/sauna, ice rink, indoor/outdoor tennis courts, squash/racket ball, basketball courts & playground. Excellent hiking trails. Bus stop right out front of property for direct routes to Victoria & Butchart Gardens. Walking distance to corner grocery store & bakery/restaurant. Short drive to Saanichton (grocery store, pharmacy, cold beer & wine, hardware store, pub & restaurants) Minutes drive to downtown Sidney by the Sea. 10 min drive to Butchart Gardens. 20 min drive to Victoria. Minutes drive from Airport & B.C Ferries. Wineries & Golf 5-15 min away
