The unit has one reserved covered parking spot for your convenience. This ideal Foothills location is within walking distance to retail, featuring a grocery store, many restaurants, and is only minutes from great hiking in Sabino Canyon and the Ventana Canyon Resort and golf club. Entertainment includes a 65”smart TV in the living room with a full cable package, along with 43” smart TVs in the both bedrooms. The community has three heated pools, hot tubs, a gym and gas grills for your enjoyment.

Beautiful in every way

The condo was immaculate, well equipped with everything we needed, and had spectacular views of the mountains and desert. It is a very convenient location for restaurants and groceries and there are gorgeous drives within a few minutes.

Gread condo with a lovely private patio with a view out to the desert and Mountains.. Ken was easy to work with and very responsive. Would stay there agian.

My husband and I enjoy spending time at our unit in the Catalina Foothills, hiking in Sabino Canyon and the Saguaro National Park.

Why they chose this property

The Catalina Foothills offer spectacular views in an area where you can relax and enjoy nature. Our unit is located very close to shops and services, and is only minutes away from the Sabino Canyon recreational area. Nature is abundant with bobcats, coyotes, road runners and birds all inhabiting the desert wash area out our backdoor.

What makes this property unique

The very parge patio is one-of-a-kind, offering unapparelled views and privacy. The casita's location on the end of the building, with no unit above our unit, ensures a quiet, restful retreat for every guest.
