About this property

Welcome to our newly renovated townhouse with 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms in Seaside Village. This 10-person max occupancy family friendly home is ideal for up to 6 adults. Located just a short drive across the 50 bridge from downtown OCMD boardwalk and beach. Close to many restaurants, outlet shopping, family amusements, the West OC park and ride, Assateague Island, golf course and much more. Wifi and several large smart TVs and access to the community outdoor seasonal pool and fitness gym. Perfect location for a family vacation!

The house boasts a large open concept 2nd level with full kitchen, dining area, living room and balcony. The third floor hosts an ensuite master suite with a comfortable king size bed, sitting area, walk in closet and large shower. Two additional bedrooms on the 3rd floor - one queen bedroom and a fun kid’s room with 2 sets of low bunk beds share a full bathroom. The first level has a 4th bedroom with a king size bed, full bathroom and sitting area. There’s also a pullout queen sofa bed in the living room. Finally, each room and floor are decorated and furnished with contemporary and traditional décor along with beach themed murals for serene ambience.

Each bedroom has its own large smart TV and there are 2 large TVs in the main living area. Our home has central air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout. Additional amenities include a full washer & dryer, tankless hot water heater, dishwasher, microwave, Keurig duo coffee machine, toaster, garbage disposal. Linens and bath towels are included through a rental service which will deliver clean fresh items to your door on your day of check in. Upon check-out, the service will pick up your items allowing a quick and easy check-in/check-out experience.
Loud parties are severely discouraged due to noise ordinance in OC. No smoking and no pets allowed! This is a family friendly unit and we only rent to adults 25 and older or accompanied by a parent or guardian who is 25 or older.

Girls weekend

My friends and I loved our stay here. It was so nice to be off the boardwalk, but still so close to everything OC has to offer. The house was clean and had everything we needed. We would gladly stay again!

Great location for boats fishing the WMO

I have my crew stay in this development every year during the White Marlin Open. Very convenient to Sunset marina and shopping etc.

Great Location

We booked this place last minute due to a change in our daughters softball tournament. It was the best location to be close to all the fields and the beach. The place was exactly as described in the description! It said “Renovated” and it sure was!!!! As soon as we walked in you could smell the fresh paint on the walls. I can’t tell you how many times we stayed at a place and it was listed as being recently renovated and that was far from the truth. Great place and perfect for family fun.

Perfect Family Home

This VRBO home was an excellent place to stay. We stayed six nights and would highly recommend. Here are just a few notes: 1. Nicely decorated, beach theme, colorful and cheery 2. Everything was clean, orderly and welcoming. 3. Loved the sheets and towel system. Felt clean and safe. 4. Love all the games available for families to enjoy. Kids against Maturity was a house favorite. :) 5. Having children’s dinnerware was so convenient. 6. Enjoyed the Welcome Snacks basket. Thank you. 9. The mattresses were so comfortable! So often hotels or rentals, the mattress is old, very lumpy, too hard or too thin. I appreciated getting a good nights sleep on a comfortable, quality mattress. 10. We loved having access to the private community pool to swim at our leisure. Thank you for your accommodation. If/when we are ever back in Ocean City, we will seek this home out again. It was everything we needed, and just far enough away to be quiet from all the hustle and chaos of the strip/boardwalk, but close enough that we could get there quickly and enjoy what we wanted!

We’re a family of 5 from the Philadelphia area who love OCMD and spending time on the beach. We purchased our first condo 10 years ago. Due to our children’s sport activities, we started renting our home when we were unable to use it ourselves. Since then, we have moved to the OCMD area permanently and own a couple of townhouses we love to share with other families!

We love the West Ocean City area! The neighborhood has great views of the bay and outdoor spaces to enjoy. It is close to many restaurants, shopping and activities while just a short drive to the beach and boardwalk.
