Atlantic City is one of the most popular vacation areas on the East Coast! Our home sits among the residential inlet of Atlantic City, just a quick ride away from the famous casinos, iconic Beach & Boardwalk, and the Historic Gardner’s Basin. Unwind in our spacious 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom Island Resort complete with a Hot Tub! Our beautiful bay home is between "The Delta Basin" and "Snug Harbor" boat canals.

The Space:
Our beautiful island home features 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Step into our airy open floor plan, designed vibrant and modern, featuring wood decor and a large Roku TV for your enjoyment, the kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and new cabinetry. Our backyard is the ultimate hangout space, complete with outdoor furniture, a grill, and a hot tub! We have a brand new washer and dryer on the second level for your convenient use.

This is one of the only listings this close to historic Gardner's Basin on the bay, meaning you'll have unique access to the most secluded part of Atlantic City's residential boat canal and restaurants, while still situated closely to every major attraction, casino, and concert venue.

Getting Around:
When you travel around the city, parking in Atlantic City is generally very easy, cheap, and accessible. We also have the Atlantic City Jitney ($2.50) a few blocks away that will get you pretty much anywhere you want to go in AC during your stay. But we always recommend seeing the heart of AC by taking a nice stroll down the boardwalk!

Other Things to Note:
IMPORTANT!! THE PERSON WHO BOOKS MUST BE 21+ AND BE PRESENT DURING THE DURATION OF THE STAY!
All supplies are provided in moderation - the number of each supply on-site is what we provide, and you may need to purchase more for the duration of your stay. If you want additional supplies during your stay, you will be responsible for bringing or obtaining extra. Here is the list of what is provided per stay:

Bed linens
Bath towels
Hand towels/rags
Shampoo/body wash/conditioner
Hand soap/dish soap
Laundry pods (detergent)
Limited number of trash bags

One roll of paper towels and a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom (plus 1 extra) are provided. You will need to provide your own for the rest of your stay.

Dishwashing/washer soap, hand soap and laundry soap (where applicable) will be provided in moderation – You may need to purchase more for the rest of your stay.

The kitchen is equipped with microwave, toaster, pans, mixing bowls, spices, coffee maker and filters etc. The kitchen is fully stocked with plates, bowls, glasses, mugs, silverware etc. We also do not provide beach essentials such as beach chairs, towels, or umbrellas.

HOUSE RULES:
A copy of the house rules are posted at each home. Failure to comply with the house rules may result in immediate eviction without refund:

GENERAL:
No prom groups
No bachelor parties
No more than 8 guests (this includes people visiting - no exceptions)
NO EXCEPTIONS to our rules on NOT allowing pets
If ANY sign of smoking is found in the home, the security deposit is automatically forfeited along with additional cleaning costs to be incurred by the renter
If we are made aware that there are more guests than the agreed upon number, guests will be immediately subject to eviction
You CANNOT allow anyone outside of the booking party to stay at the house
Do not park on the side walk or in the neighbor's driveway
Quiet time is from 10:00PM to 7:00AM every day. Please be considerate of your neighbors and keep music, loud voices, and shenanigans down to a minimum

SMOKING POLICY: Our home is non-smoking. If smoking outside, please smoke away from the house, not on the deck or patios. Cigarette butts need to be kept in a container and disposed of properly. For those with trash pick up, please put butts in a plastic bag before placing in garbage cans. There will be a $100 charge for any butts found outside on the ground that the cleaners have to pick up and a $200 charge for evidence of smoking inside our home.

PET POLICY:
No pets allowed here, sorry! If we are notified of a pet on the property without our knowledge there will be a $300 fine.

HOT TUB POLICY:
Our hot tub is open and free to use. PLEASE NO FOOD & NO DRINKS in our hot tub. Please NO PETS in our hot tub. Please do not use the hot tub to wash off beach sand, this clogs the jets and causes problems.

CLEANING POLICY:
If any excessive cleaning is needed subsequent your departure (stained rugs, clogged sinks, excessive pet shed/mess, excessive garbage left around the home, stench, etc) There will be an excessive cleaning fee of up to $700 depending on the offense.

CHECK-IN:
Check in time is 4:00 pm. NO early check-ins between Memorial Day and Labor Day. You may request an early check in 48 hours before your arrival.
Upon arrival please inspect the house carefully and report any unsatisfactory condition to the rental manager immediately. Failure to report means you accept the house “as is”.
To report any items please contact us immediately with any issues.

CHECK OUT:
Check out time is strictly 10:00 am. We allow late checkouts for a $125 fee. Failure to pay this fee with a late check out will result in an automatic charge of 1 extra day stay (amount differs per property but is a minimum of $125.00). If housekeeping arrives prior to your departure and has to leave and come back there will be an automatic charge of $100.
