Well-maintained app. on cliff south west side

This place is small but nice and is only suitable for one person!
The bed has 160cm. The property is located 180 m above the sea.
Internet 30mbps down and 5 up!
You can walk along a steep dusty goat path to the beach. However, a car is recommended. The 500 m long access path is curvy, very steep and without guide boards.
For singles who quickly feel lonely and need spontaneous contact, my place is not suitable because, although close to village and beach, it is secluded and quiet.
In addition, no overnight visit can be brought along.
Due to the unsecured walls, stairs and slopes, my entire grounds are only suitable for strollers and not for children under the age of 12.
Guest access
Guests have access to their own apartment with terrace.
Other things to note
Next door is the large apartment.
Both are sometimes rented at the same time. Both have their own access from the small private street.
Because of the many unsecured walls and stairs, I can only accommodate babies (up to 9 months) and children from 12 years.
