Our charming Jewel Box Beach House.

This lovely cottage is located in the highly desirable Capitola Jewel Box neighborhood and offers a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and privacy. With three bedrooms and three bathrooms, it can accommodate up to six guests.

The main house is a 2 bed 2 bath, features a cozy spacious sunroom that invites one to happy naps after a fun day at the beach or to a private reading, game and/or yoga room; then step into a separate living room with comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare a delicious meal, including a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and coffee maker. There's also a dining area with seating for six.

The bedrooms in the main house are tastefully decorated and furnished with comfortable beds and high-quality linens. The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom also has a queen-sized bed and a well-appointed bathroom with a shower and tub combo. The third bedroom is located in the detached casita in the backyard and comes with a private bathroom a  full-size bed, TV, a mini kitchen 2 burner stove, a refrigerator and seating area.

Outside, there's a lovely private patio area with a firepit and BBQ area, and table and chairs, perfect for enjoying a morning cup of coffee or a relaxing evening under the stars.

The cottage is located just a 5-minute drive from the beach, or a short 3-block walk/bike from the Capitola bluffs where you can enjoy swimming, surfing, and sunbathing. You'll also find a variety of restaurants, cafes, and shops within walking/biking distance to Capitola Village or Pleasure Point.
