The home is light, airy, welcoming and comfortable. An open floorplan provides a spacious feel. New tile floors throughout lead to a new 1000 foot paver patio where you can relax in the huge privacy-fenced back yard. All new linens and a fully-equipped kitchen, washer, dryer, BBQ, wifi and Smart TVs are provided. Plenty of parking. Minutes away from both military bases, beaches, and a short 15 minute drive to Destin.
The space
The Master bedroom is centered around a reclinable, tempurpedic double bed, with an attached half bath. There is a desk in one bedroom for a quiet work area, along with a double bed. The third bedroom has a bunk bed with twin over double and the fourth bedroom has a futon/double bed with a twin bed over. The large main bath contains a soaker tub and rain shower. The home has a double driveway and there is also street parking.

Other things to note
There is a home manual on the kitchen bar with local information regarding things to do, restaurants, internet, home and additional information. Toys and games are furnished, as well as beach towels. The minimum age to reserve my home is 25 years of age and Spring Breakers are not allowed due to possible property damage and noise.
