Once you've had your fill of the activities at Regal Palms, return back to your vacation rental and walk in through the front door and into the open arms of this orange-hued home. You'll have a cozy living area to relax in, complete with some comfortable furnishings and a smart TV with streaming capabilities. Perfect for snowbirds, you'll have a quaint patio area to kick it up on with a couple of thirst-quenching drinks. If you and your guests get hungry, look no further than the small but humble kitchen, equipped with appliances so you can whip up something delicious for everyone.

THINGS TO KNOW
Streaming services will require a guest account to access.
Guests must pay a $25 tax resort fee every day they are on the property at the front desk. Guests may have up to eight bands to access the resort and towels are available to rent.
Beginning September 1, 2023, each reservation will require a $100 incidental hold placed on the payment method at the time of check-in. At the time of check-out, the hold will be returned once the provided wristbands and pool towel cards are returned to the front desk.
Parties are prohibited. If one is suspected to be occurring, security will be notified and guests will be fined $250.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
