The Fourth Street House was built in 1948 and we are delighted to share it with you! The house is located on a residential low-traffic street and will charm you as soon as you step in the front door! It has recently undergone renovation of the kitchen, both bathrooms, refinished original hardwood floors and brand new furniture throughout the home. Its relaxing atmosphere, gorgeous views from the back deck and access to Market Street make this home a treasure.

Maysville Weekend

Cute house in an interesting town. Older house but very comfortable. Enjoyed having coffee on the back porch overlooking town with view of bridge.

Annual Cousins Girls’ Weekend!

Katie was a wonderful host! She was so very responsive to emails and the house was immaculate! The check in process was a breeze and she even left a delicious, homemade cinnamon pecan coffe cake. Delish!! We highly recommend this property!!
