About this property

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. We offer a location that is quiet with the comfort of city amenities. Just 30 minutes from Duluth and 15 minutes from Cloquet you are just hop and a skip to shopping and restaurants.

Enjoy the summer days fishing from the dock, swimming in the lake, or using the paddle boards to glide with the loons! As the evening falls light a fire, cook some smores and listen to the wildlife. In the morning have a cup of Duluth Coffee on us!

Our space is quiet, flat location with an easy slope to the lake! Beauty is found every morning and evening with the Sun's movement.

Inside the home, you will find a bathroom with a walk-in shower! Walk up to the second level, and you enter the kitchen. This level is a loft with two bedrooms that are partitioned for privacy. The partitions are easily pulled back to open the space!

Our property is designated by the tree lines. Please do not invade our neighbors' properties.

Other things to note:

Please do NOT park vehicles in the garage stalls.

Please do not move the grill

Please leash and pick up after your dogs. Our neighbors do have dogs.

Great Stay

This place is great. Professional Viking stove and oven were over the top and made the food taste amazing. The cabin was super clean and provided a lot of room for the 3 of us. All the amenities are great, from fishing rods, corn hole, horse shoes (traditional), Wi-Fi (great speed for a remote location), paddle boards and fire pit along with bbq and skillet. Host was very responsive and accommodating and made this an awesome vacation.

Great property, lots of extras

We stayed here while visiting family. Great location with a large yard right on the lake, and we especially enjoyed the included paddle boards. Excellent kitchen, comfortable beds and plenty of space for our family. We will definitely stay again!

Great getaway location

We had a wonderful time at The Point and would recommend it to anyone looking for a lake getaway. The house was clean and organized - with a bonus gifts from the host (cinnamon bread, homemade jam and more!). A larger yard with great access to the water, we walked down and fished in the mornings and evenings, paddle-boarded around the lake and had a fire pit in the evenings. Take note of the bedroom descriptions, it is one room with a curtain and open ceiling, so privacy is limited. Our family of 4 (plus two large dogs) would stay here again!
