nice townhome

If you travel with a pet this place is great. Ground floor, grass outside front door. Use of garage is a plus. living area is nice with adequate seating. Fully stocked kitchen. Master BR with comfortable mattress is large. Separate shower and jet tub is a plus. Very good conversation with host. Now the bad!... Every type of noise from upstairs is heard. Walking, using tread mill, vacuum cleaner, etc. If you don't travel with a pet I'd stay somewhere else.

Large 3/2 unit. comfortable, good quality furniture. Abundant kitchen supplies. Gated large complex. Good location. Noise from upstairs was bothersome. Every step could be heard. Personal issues require that we either stay on ground floor or a place with an elevator. However this was a "short notice" trip.

Loved the place

We loved the place. Everything was nice. Didn’t use the two extra bedrooms so can’t comment on that. Unfortunately we had to leave two days early due to sickness. Wish we would have stayed. Only heard the people above us a few times and that was when we were in the livingroom. The water in the bathtub was kind of funky looking but maybe that is due to being around the ocean. The other bathroom shower smelled like sulfur. Once again, may be due to the location. I would definitely stay there again if we are in the area.

Great location close to beach

The location was just half a block to the beach and it was a quiet area not around many people. The water is very subtle and great for small children. The condo was amazing inside with everything you need for a fun family adventure. Also there are a lot of things to do for the family. All of the neighbors were extremely nice and the pools on the property, especially the large pool, was an amazing place to spend the evening just relaxing. The only nit would be that there weren't extra blankets but Walmart is only a couple blocks away so was easy to go pick up a few.
