This cute 2 B/R 1 Bath apt. is on the 2nd floor & located on the main street that runs East to West & on the bike path near the center of town, most restaurants, the public beach pier & golfing.
The bay view is minimal but the sunsets are memorable!

Owner is Alabama Licensed Realtor & is very allergic to Cats

Allergy suffers please note there is NO carpeting in unit. The bedrooms are approximately 12' X 12' and have terrazzo floors, the rest of the unit has ceramic tile floors. I have 2 furnished apartments side by side upstairs in case you are traveling with friends or family and you need 2 apartments, I will add to listing upon request & availability.
