Recently remodeled, modern studio with kitchenette in prime location on Kauai's North shore. Located in Princeville, just minutes from some of Kauai's best beaches and scenic attractions and a 10 minute walk to Princeville Center's shops, restaurants, grocery store, tiki bar and ice cream. This condo recently changed owners and previously had 250 positive reviews averaging 4.8 stars. We look forward to hosting you!

The Space:
This light-filled, airy studio on Kauai's North shore was recently renovated and updated to provide you all the comforts you'll need on your Hawaiian vacation.

This studio features a queen sized bed, well-equipped kitchenette, high top table and chairs and a lanai/deck with chairs.

Location - Located in Princeville on Kauai's North shore, this condo is minutes away from some of Kauai's most beautiful beaches and scenic attractions including Queen's Bath, Turtle Cave and Hideaway Beach (1 mile away), Hanalei Bay, Anini Beach, Kilauea Lighthouse and Secret Beach (10-15 minute drive). Walk to nearby Princeville Center for dining, shopping, groceries, coffee and ice cream.

Amenities - The condo complex has a communal pool, hot tub and BBQ area.

PLEASE NOTE: There is NO A/C in the condo. The condo receives a pleasant breeze and nights are typically cool, however, Summer in Hawaii can be rather warm. There is a ceiling fan over the bed for improved air flow.

Guest Access:
You will have access to the entire studio and private lanai as well as access to the communal pool, hot tub and BBQ area.

Parking permit for 1 car included

Quiet Hours - Quiet hours in the condo complex are from 9pm to 8am and are STRICTLY ENFORCED!

No smoking allowed in the unit or on the lanai.

Parking - There is one parking permit for the condo

No Air Conditioning - There is no A/C in the condo. There is a ceiling fan over the bed.
