There are 16 steps uo to the home, stairs may be unsafe for children as there is not a door to close from access into main entrance. That is why children under 4 are not allowed.

Why they chose this property
Quiet and easy walk to downtown and hiking trails, easy 7 min. drive to Smith Rocks, 6 minutes to tge Redmond Airport, for traveling nurses I am 1 minute to Redmond Hospital. The bonus to Redmond Oregon is a smaller town connected to Central Oregon Which has everything you could ever want in outdoor activities, music and weather!
What makes this property unique
I have and large lot which accommodates several quests in separate units. Outdoor sitting spots and BBQ/kitchen area. There are 2 super comfy comfy Queen beds and quiet space. Full kitchen and bath washer/dryer.
