UNIT A. This is a single family dwelling which is above a 3 car garage. Secure parking off the street is provided to guests. There are 16 steps up to this cute 2 bedroom 1 bath home. Full kitchen, living/dining room combination. Each bedroom has a comfortable queen mattress with several pillows to pick from. The bath has a tub/shower and large counter space. Washer/dryer are available. Sorry to say it is not accessible by wheelchair.

Unit A. Parking off street in front of the 3 car garage is strictly for guests of the birdsnest. The entire house is for your use. I live on property in a separate dwelling. However, please use any part of the patios or yard/garden for your enjoyment!

The stairs may be unsafe for children as there is not a door to close from access to 16 steps into main entrance. That is why children under 12 are not allowed.

Why they chose this property

Quiet and easy walk to downtown and hiking trails, easy 7 min. drive to Smith Rocks, for traveling nurses I am 1 minute to Redmond Hospital. The bonus to Redmond Oregon is a smaller town connected to Central Oregon Which has everything you could ever want in outdoor activities, music and weather!
