Small Cottage newly renovated in old style.

Welcome to the beautiful Sörmland!
We have a small, charming blockhouse located on an old farm in the countryside of the beautiful valley of Kiladalen, 17 km west of Nyköping city.
The house is newly renovated in old style, the house provides a mini kitchen with a small stove, refrigerator and a separate oven. The house has two rooms and one bathroom with shower. Perfect for you as a couple or for the smaller family.

There is much to see in the surroundings, great forest of Kolmården with a lot of hiking trails, you can visit many castles and mansions in Sörmland some with good restaurants, and of course the town Nyköping ( 15 minutes by car) where you can find a lot of shops.
If you want to visit Stockholm it is about 1 hour and 15 minutes by car.

Please note that linen and towels are not included in the room rate but can be rent at the property for an additional charge of 150 kr per person.

The landlords live in the house next door and are happy to help if there is something you miss during your stay.

Liebevoll hergerichtetes Haus in wunderschöner Umgebung

Das Haus steht auf einer ehemaligen Farm znd ist sehr liebevoll renoviert und eingerichtet. Die Umgebung ist sehr schön. Vor allem hat uns die Herzlichkeit der Gastgeber gefallen.

Wir waren das erste Mal in Schweden und verbrachten eine abwechslungsreiche Woche im Juli '23 in diesem charmanten Häuschen! Wunderbare Gegend! Sehr nette Gastgeber, die gern Tipps geben! Stockholm, Nyköpping, Nävekvarn, Wandern, Radfahren… alles dabei!

Lovely time in Jonäker. Feels like being in one of the Inga Lindström movies

The stay was great. Gunilla and Raoul are very friendly and great hosts. You live in a cosy flat in Jönåker that was decorated with love. Even that I was the first guest, it had everything you need. Best for 1-2 persons. I recommend to have a car/rent one so you can get groceries and explore Nyköping and other attractions like Stendörren, Vrena and Trosa (in Södermanland many Inga Lindström movies were filmed). I will come again
