Its very spacious beautiful historic home, safe to take walks or runs. In center of town called the tree area, close to all sporting events, concerts, the arts. Close to parks, quiet safe neighborhood. Or just relax on the front porch. The house can sleep 10 comfortably, each bedroom has dressers, and side tables. There is a washer/dryer, dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, and cooking supplies.

Howdy and welcome to Wyoming, I was born and raised on a Dairy farm in Illinois. I have 3 sisters and 5 brothers. I enjoy working on my properties, I just built a storage shed. I love to host because I feel I have a very unique property with such historic flavor, to share with one and all.

My neighborhood is made up of kind, considrate, and quiet people who enjoy living in the tree area. We are a safe community for those who like to take walks or runs .It's in the center of town close to parks, sporting events, and the University of Wyoming. All these things are in walking distance. It is a sought after property with it being a 5 bedroom house large enough to host a graduation party or gathering of all occasions.
What makes this property unique
The house is on the historic registar with amazing architecture. Back in the day they were not affraid of using wood to build built in China cabinets, bay windows, built in bookcase, hardwood floors, and much more. There is nothing like getting to sit on the porch, take a moment to slow down and watch people walk by.
