About this property

Welcome to our spacious home, where we love waking up to a gorgeous sunrise over Lake Washington, and have our choice of bakeries just a couple blocks away for coffee and pastries. Centrally located, you can plan your day with Pike Place Market and the Space Needle 10 and 15 minutes away, respectively. Watch the Blue Angels fly over the house during Sea Fair. Or stay in, taking full advantage of a gorgeous chef's kitchen with two ovens, comfortable TV room and luxurious great room overlooking the water. Less common amenities include central air conditioning and plenty of street parking. It could not be easier to live in the heart of Seattle.

You must be at least 25 to book. Home is not baby-proofed and with many stairs this home is not ideal for children. Please note this is a three level house with an additional full flight of stairs leading to the entrance. There are cameras along the exterior of the house. There are no cameras inside the house.

Awesome view!!

This home was perfect for our family's Thanksgiving trip. Home was well stocked with everything you could need in the bathrooms, kitchen and bedrooms. Home was super clean and had an amazing view of I90 , Lake Washington, and Bellevue. Thanks Dana for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home!

Great place to stay

I do not write reviews ever, but this is one of the best houses I have ever stayed at on VRBO. There is not one thing I would change and it was a clean and comfortable stay. I would highly recommend booking here!

My husband myself and two of my friends and my two daughters and their spouses stayed there and was just perfect, all had our own bathrooms the master bedroom and bathroom is amazing!Dana was a perfect host got back to me on every question and was so accomodating!!! Thank you Dana for answering so many questions and being a great host we will be back again for sure!

Vacation Stay

The property had great views of the I-90 and Lake Washington. 4 showers and 5 bathrooms which was a plus for this property. Out of the 4 bedrooms, one has a bunk bed, so if you are all adults that would be a thing to note but it was already mentioned by the owner. Overall it was really a great experience.

Girls trip

We had a wonderful stay. Place was really clean, warm and inviting. Beds were really comfortable. There were 5 of us and 4 of us got to have our own bathroom which is really rare. Location was convenient and not far from highways and Pikes market. Place was in a safe and quiet neighborhood with an amazing view of the water and bridge. Will definitely try to book again if we come back here.
