Welcome to our beautiful vacation rental in Phoenix! Our spacious and modern home is located in the heart of the city, in a vibrant neighborhood with plenty of fantastic restaurants, bars, and shopping options. With Kierland Commons Mall just a short 7-minute drive away, you'll have everything you need right at your fingertips. Our tri-level floor plan offers something for everyone in the family. Head to the lowest level and you'll find plenty of entertainment options, including a ping pong table, bar top seating, and a large TV. It's the perfect space to unwind after a long day exploring the city! Step outside into the backyard and you'll find a true oasis waiting for you. Take a dip in the sparkling pool, relax in the spa, or challenge your friends and family to a game of giant twister or giant checkers. Multiple covered dining areas provide plenty of space to enjoy a meal al fresco, as well as an outdoor bar and grill. There's even a fire pit and cornhole for those cooler desert evenings!

This home is professionally managed by a local hospitality company. We treat our homes as if they are our own. Each home is meticulously cleaned and put through a 35-point inspection checklist between guests to ensure absolute satisfaction. Our main business line is available during regular business hours for general questions, comments, and support, and can also assist with emergencies 24/7.

Great Stay

A little disappointed

The property has a great yard with everything you would need for an enjoyable vacation, a pool, hot-tub, corn hole and a fire pit. The house is set up with 2 bedrooms/ 2 baths upstairs, 1 bedroom on the main floor, and 2 bedrooms/ 1 bath in the basement. Having a pool/ hot-tub it would have been great to have access to a restroom on the main floor. The house was cleaned but not deep cleaned. The carpets were filthy, baseboards haven’t been washed in months, and the walls had food / dirt splattered on them. Several items were broken; the blender, corn hole boards, knobs to the bbq and the oven. We were told that the issue with the oven would be resolved during our stay, but wasn’t. Had to message and call several times. Was told we would receive a call from the rental manager and would be compensated for the inconvenience. Never received a call nor were we compensated. We ended up throwing out groceries and had additional expenses for going out instead of staying in and enjoying the house amenities. This rental could be great with a little work and better communication from the rental company.

Nice house

House was nice and as described. Fun backyard with games, pools/hot tub, and fire pit. The weather was perfect for the hot tub but too cold for the pool. Really enjoyed the hot tub and it was easy to use, as was the fire pit. It would have been nice to have extra towels, pillows, and blankets already in the home or a note of where to actually find the pool towels. It was hard at times to reach them and get extra stuff unless you called them. Overall we were satisfied with our stay and the home was enjoyable.

Entertainment house

The house was exactly as listed. Clean and spacious with plenty to do. A perfect place to go and not have to leave for anything. My family had an amazing time in the pool and visiting in the outdoor kitchen. We went july 3rd so I felt like it would have been nice to have some sort of shade cover over the lawn games . So those weren’t really used because it was too hot but all in all this home is Definitely recommend . Thank you!

Overall, it was okay.

We were visiting on a work trip with a decent size group (16). We had a really challenging time getting a hold of someone to ask questions. The A/C was set to 75* and no access to change it… add 16 people to a house and it’s close to 80. The kitchen items do not support being able to cook for 16 & the grill doesn’t look like it had been cleaned in some time. While there was enough space for us, the house looks bigger in photos then it is. The pool & hot tub were cleaned well.
