Moon valley mellow

What a great place. Right in the middle of Moon Valley, older part of Phoenix in the north part of town. Big huge house is big huge yards tons of mature landscape all around the neighborhood. This house is outstanding for a getaway. Lots to do for anybody who comes to stay with you. We would easily stay in this accommodation again.

Family reunion

We came to phoenix to gather together with family. The property was nice, the outdoor space was great. Perfect for hosting family. The rooms were comfortable as well. We were disappointed that the property is advertised as having a heated pool only to find out there is an extra charge to heat the pool. It appeared as though a thorough cleaning had not taken place as there were full trash cans when we arrived. We also had to purchase toilet paper and trash bags because they were not restocked adequately. We could see extra supplies in the garage but had no access as access was locked. The thermostat was locked as well and there were nights when heat came on and made it too warm for comfortable sleeping. Details matter and make the difference.

Nice clean home, convenient location.

This was a nice, fun home in a convenient location. It was clean upon arrival and well stocked in the kitchen. The outdoor space was great and the game room provided fun for our family. Overall all a very nice property. Some inconveniences were that I was unable to reach the management company through the VRBO app with questions before arrival and was initially concerned that the listing was scam because of this. I was able to reach them with the number in an email from the management company at a later date. Also when we arrived, we were unable to make adjustments to the air conditioning on our own. There were significant temperature changes during our week long stay. The management company set limits and controls it remotely and we were only able to make minor adjustments from the home. The other inconvenience was that the hot tub is also controlled by the management company remotely, so each time we wanted to use it, we had to call them and request for it to be turned on and then call back when we needed to request to turn it off.

Fun house!

My friend and I brought our 15-year old daughters to Phoenix for a concert and this was the perfect house to go along with that! The house was clean and tidy. Good location!

Nice property

This home was well presented and stocked with everything we needed. It worked out very well for our family. REBL needs to iron out some of their processes to ensure a more convenient stay, as I discussed with their representative.
