Clean place, noisy location

Nice property. Noisy next to highway, even with windows closed it sounds like they are open, bring earplugs. 10 minute walk to beach, bars. Needs attention to detail (empty shower soap in both baths, only 1 extra toilet paper for 5 days, exit instructions followed exactly but property manager stated we did not return property to its original state [if you want the 9 dishes cleaned before we leave, beds striped, towels and sheets washed, etc state it in the instructions, [We took extra care by even gathering all used towels and putting them in a pile outside washer, left bed unmade so you know which sheets need washed.] Manager blamed us for breaking a closet door lock in which we did not since the door was already open.

Very Nice Unit

Attractively furnished and clean unit. Only rental in the building. Host very attentive. Both Condado and Santurce close by. Building is next to the highway and each unit faces it. Traffic noise was louder than expected.

Cheap windows

Unit was nice but the apartment building overlooks the highway and the bedroom windows are so flimsy that all of the noise from below flows into the rooms. The first night there I got up three times to confirm that all of the windows were closed because the noise was terrible. Other than that, if you don't mind not sleeping, it's only a ten minute walk to the beaches.
