About this property

Villa #51 is set in a private community directly across from beautiful Englewood Beach. The villa is situated on a corner lot of EBCA, which is close to the clubhouse and pool, as well as closer to the restaurants and the beach. The villa has 2 large bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms. A large living room, with a pull out sofa for extra guests if needed. The Florida room is a nice place to sit to enjoy your morning cup of coffee/tea with two new sleeper sofas. The master bedroom has a king size bed, and the guest bedroom has 2 queen size beds. There are 3 flat screens TVs provided, one in each bedroom and in the living room. Streaming is provided by the HOA for your local channels. WiFi is also provided for your enjoyment. This will definitely be a villa you will want to come back to year after year!
