Make your own meals, walk to the beach or work from home in this comfortable and spacious vacation property.

The Space:

We welcome you to this new 2 level home only minutes away from the lake, boat rentals and close to all the fun that downtown Penticton has to offer! Low on groceries? No worries, this home is only a short 2- minute drive to grocery stores, gas stations and local markets. Plus, a quick 10-minute drive to the world renowned Naramata bench wineries. For winter bookings Apex mountain is only a 40 minute drive away.

- 1 car garage located at the back of the property that is available for you to park your car and that can be used for secure storage of your belongings. We have a wagon, kids’ canoe, cooler, sand toys and tennis rackets available for you to enjoy!

To promote an enjoyable stay and to be mindful of the neighbours, please note that no parties or events will be permitted.

No smoking space. Plenty of areas to walk around in the neighbourhood.

For your privacy and knowledge, please note that there is an exterior doorbell camera (security camera/surveillance) at the front door.

Guests will have full access to the garage and to the unit. Walk in closet in the master bedroom as well as closet in the kitchen are locked off with owners’ belongings. For longer stays, I am happy to make the walk in closet available for your use.
