All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Construction will occur on the property from August 14, 2023, until February 16, 2024. During this time, the balconies and walkways will experience closures. Doors will also be repainted. Noise may be audible during work hours.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great place to stay

Perfect location

While there for leisure, we also had some family that was close to catch up with. This beautiful location offered a great spot for both. Close to lots of great little spots to eat. Gorgeous views and easy access to the beach. We decided before we left that this spot is definitely one we will stay in again.

Great View, good parking BUT

Upon entering the condo, we were very pleased. It was what we needed. 3 bedrooms 3 baths. With an ocean view. Very clean. The main tv has basic cable with a few channels and if you want to watch your subscription channels, you have to use the tvs in the bedrooms or bring your Roku or Fire Stick. The shower in the master bath has 2 temperatures hot or cold. Lucky fo us we like hot showers. The one BIG down side was on our 2nd day, I saw a roach walk out on the stove by the clock while I was cooking. My husband killed it and I sent pictures to the property manager and was told via text they would have someone come spray. A little while later, I get a call from the PM and she says that if I want to buy bug spray to keep the receipt and they will reimburse me. I did not pay for a vacation rental to do their pest control. I kind of laugh it off and let it go. That was until later that night I saw another roach but this one was tiny walking on the floor. I immediately sent a message about this one. The next morning I woke to another roach on the kitchen counter. I take photos and my husband kills it and I text the PM again with pictures. At this point I am nervous about one of these getting in our food or luggage. Not 15 minutes later I notice a black apot on the stove. Then it started moving. You guessed it another tiny baby roach crawling on the stove. I take pictures again and my husband kills it. I send pictures to PM and they finally get someone to come spray.
