We are a Vacation Management Company, only listing UNPUBLISHED OWNER’S RATES from many different Resorts. Come see our many options...

Listings include owner properties, villas and estates that ARE NOT available through public travel sites.

ALL INCLUSIVE IS NEVER MANDATORY like the other sites. Though it can be arranged directly through the resort and can be cheaper if done before arrival.

All Resorts have an Owner side and a Hotel side. We here at VTE only deal with the Owner’s Rooms, Villas, Penthouses and Estates. Where there are many additional benefits included and offered, not available to the hotel guests at these Resorts.

SO LIVE IT UP LIKE AN OWNER WITHOUT THE EXPENSIVE UPFRONT COSTS OF OWNERSHIP!!!

A few of our reservations can be made “INSTANT”. MOST need to be REQUESTED, meaning we must call as Owners to check the dates availability you are requesting prior to booking to confirm that availability as it changes constantly.

We have noted this in the description, noted by

* BOOKING REQUEST or FLOATING (meaning you must REQUEST for availability).

When REQUESTING please include at least 2-more dates in the message area, along with type bed setup? King or 2 doubles/queens? Give us up to 24 hours and BOOM, you’re on your way to the sandy shores of Mexico. Failure to do this will lengthen wait times.

WE DO NOT CHARGE TAXES DIRECTLY, THIS WILL BE YOUR RESPONSIBILITY AT CHECK OUT. ALONG WITH GRATUITIES, EXTRA EXPENSES AND OTHER CHARGES PAID DIRECTLY TO RESORT.

There's a scheduled shuttle service which runs between sister resorts of Sunset, Rose', Pacifica, and Montecristo Estates -- guests can use the facilities at each property for free.

At Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach there are restaurants, a general store, multiple bars and other hotels that are available to you as a guest. Multiple pools, each with a pool bar. A unique "Sky Pool" at the top of the hill. Courtesy shuttles available to take you all around the resort. These amenities are spread across all the Pueblo Bonito Resorts.

All inclusive options are available directly from the hotel at check in or after you book the suite with us, we will be happy to connect you with our personal vacation assistant at Pueblo Bonito for the best owner pricing on all inclusive and/or spa, etc. Both would be the same price for you are now a guest as an Owner.
