It's walkable to the beloved Five Points neighborhood where you can experience some of the city's best restaurants, bars, shopping, and more! This stylish modern build offers up a comfortable and luxurious vacation experience. Special features include, a gorgeous rooftop deck with skyline views, premium interior finishes, and a coveted walkable location to one of the city's most vibrant neighborhoods! Plus, every bedroom has an en suite bathroom for an extra level of convenience for each of your guests.

Layout:
The entry level has a queen bedroom with en suite bathroom.
The second level has an open concept kitchen, living room with a queen sized sleeper, and a dining room.
The third level hosts the laundry room, a king bedroom with en suite, and a double queen bedroom with en suite.
The fourth level has a rooftop deck with gas grill, seating, and skyline views.

Parking:
You may park in the 2 car garage or in the non-reserved spaces in the parking lot.

A prime East Nashville location that's walkable to the beloved Five Points neighborhood! Here and all throughout East Nashville you can experience some of the city's best restaurants, bars, shopping and more!

House Rules:
During your stay, we ask that you remember to be respectful of your neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10pm- 7am. For real, take the party to the Honky Tonks on Broadway. Additionally, thank you for respecting our 'no smoking' and 'no pets' policy so that we can keep our properties in the best condition possible. Pets include but are not limited to cats, zebras, livestock, and/or spouses. Should you choose to ignore this, there will be a $300 fine assessed for breaking either of these rules. We thank you for refraining and being respectful of our homes - please don't make us hunt you down for fines as it cuts into our nap time.

Rental Policy:
It is Stay Local Nashville's policy to not rent to any local guest less than 7 days from today's date. An exception can be made if you are a returning guest or have three or more five star reviews. If you fall into this exception, please message us before you book so that your stay will not be immediately cancelled.

Refund Policy:
By booking with Stay Local Nashville, you understand that it is our policy to require a fully executed Non-Disparagement Agreement (NDA) prior to issuing any refund of any amount for any reason. Additionally, by booking with Stay Local Nashville, you understand and agree that you shall not be entitled to a refund of any amount without fully executing this NDA.

Safely Screening:
By booking with Stay Local Nashville, I give permission to SafelyStay, Inc., to screen my identity, and check criminal databases in order to confirm my reservation. Complete terms regarding Safely’s guest screening can be found at Safely's website, Safely dot com. You may receive an email from Concierge at Safely dot com to complete your screening. Please check your spam inbox for this email, and contact Safely at Concierge at Safely dot com or go to Safely dot com, if you have any questions. Additionally, I agree that the rental agreement must be signed and Safely guest screening must be completed within 3 days, otherwise my stay will be cancelled.
