And you're just 12 minutes from downtown! There's plenty of indoor outdoor California living with two bedrooms and an open plan layout.

Primary bedroom has a king bed, and the other has two twins. The open plan living room, dining room and kitchen lends itself to being together. The front doors open onto a full deck with outdoor dining and a built-in day bed. Down a few stairs to the backyard is another outdoor dining area, along with a swing and trampoline. The verdant garden full of wildlife and birds is a quiet oasis in the middle of the city. It's also a haven for kids with a swing and trampoline.
