Rehoboth / Lewes Beach Bungalow - Pet Friendly

This house is perfect for a Rehoboth or Lewes getaway. It is technically Rehoboth, but actually closer to Lewes. We are located in a mobile home park, however don't let that deter you because the homes are nicely kept and the location can't be beat! The home has all new mattresses, bed frames, Pottery Barn sofa, Smart TV, dishes, real wine glasses, new grill, beach chairs and new linens. This is a quiet, locals community where you can walk to Midway Movie Plaza, Acme, Dunkin Donuts or Surf Bagel. There is a new outdoor shower and fenced in area if you bring your dog. Have fun, go to the beach, Bethany Blues is walking distance and if it rains, there's always Bowling Lanes or the Outlets nearby.
Monthly discount is 20%. (Until April 1st).

Great for beach stay!

Cute home with beach nearby, highly recommend. Comfortable beds and appropriately appointed. Responsive management as well. Near restaurants, shopping too.

Awesome beach house for family with dogs

Jill was an incredible host and the place was the perfect size for a family of four adults with two dogs. Much more privacy than the pictures let on.

Family Mini-Vaca

Our family of 4 and dog had plenty of room in this freshly upgraded, very clean home. It gave us easy access to several beaches in our 3 day stay. We were within 3-4 miles of Lewes, Cape Henlopen & Rehobeth. Though none were in walking distance, the drive to each was very easy and finding parking was not an issue. Jill, the owner, was very responsive to my questions and addressed any concerns we had quickly. We enjoyed the lovely outdoor shower too! The neighborhood is quiet and all neighbors we encountered while walking our dog were very friendly. Overall, a nice, well maintained, fairly priced option for access to all the local beaches, great restaurants (we enjoyed Bethany Blues, The Crooked Hammock & The Pond), shopping, and many other tourist attractions.

The location is perfect! There are a lot of activities to take teenage kids close to the neighborhood!

Why they chose this property

This is a quiet yet convenient mobile home community, not like most in that's it's small and low key. Most people live here FT and are quite friendly.

What makes this property unique

We take pride in our place, we provide high quality linens and furniture. Only a few things are from Ikea, most are from West Elm or Potter Barn. Although it is a modular home, it's cute and comfortable.
