The space
elcome to our luxurious three bedroom, three bath condo with a stunning Lakeview in the heart of a resort community! Enjoy sipping an evening cocktail while taking in the beautiful SW Florida sunset view over the lake. This breathtaking vacation rental is the epitome of luxury and relaxation, offering guests a stylish and comfortable retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

As soon as you step into our condo, you’ll be greeted by the elegant furnishings and high-end finishes throughout. The spacious living room is perfect for unwinding after a day spent exploring the community, with plenty of plush seating and a large flat-screen TV for your entertainment. The floor-to-ceiling sliders offer breathtaking views of the lake, creating an atmosphere of tranquility and serenity.

The fully equipped gourmet kitchen is a chef’s dream, featuring stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and all the cookware and utensils you need to whip up delicious meals. The dining area is perfect for enjoying family dinners or intimate meals with friends, with seating for six and stunning views of the lake.

Each of the three bedrooms is tastefully decorated and designed for maximum comfort. The master suite features a king-size bed, a flat-screen TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a luxurious soaking tub and a separate shower. The second bedroom features a queen-size bed, flat screen TV, and an en-suite bathroom, the third bedroom has full size bunks, flat screen TV with full bath just outside the bedroom door.

Outside, the private lanai is the perfect spot to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine at sunset, with sweeping views of the lake and the surrounding resort community.

Tarpon Point offers amenities such as a fitness center, resort-style swimming pool and lap pool, and hot tub, tennis courts, bocce and more, you’ll never be at a loss for things to do. Take a short walk to the marina promenade to enjoy any of the several restaurants, boutique shops and grab an after dinner scoop at the Gulf Coast Fudge shop. Just outside of the community gates there are bike lanes, nature trails, and community park.

Our prime location in Cape Coral puts you within easy reach of all the area's top attractions. Spend your days lounging poolside or on nearby beaches, fishing off the dock, or exploring the charming shops and restaurants downtown Cape Coral, at Tarpon Point and Cape Harbour all just minutes away. With Sanibel Island, Fort Myers Beach, and other popular destinations just a short drive away.

Families will enjoy nearby parks including Sun Splash Waterpark and Gator Mike's Family Fun Park. Take in the wildlife at the Four Mile Cove Ecological Preserve or Rotary Park Environmental Center. Take a boat tour or rent a boat and explore the waterways and nearby Islands. The opportunities are endless.

A initial starter set of paper towels, dish detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags, toiletries and toilet tissue are provided. Dependent on the length of stay and number of guests this may be sufficient for your stay.
