Spring Break w/ Family
The overall stay wasn't horrible. The house wasn't clean to our standards. The kitchen needed sweeping and mopping, which we ended up doing, so that it would be clean since we had a 17 month old. The upstairs guest bathroom smelled really bad when we got there and the mat outside the bathtub was wet like someone had stepped out of shower and used it. We put it the laundry room and left it. There wasn't any toilet paper, paper towels or soap (to get us started until we got to store) or dish towels.The back yard was grown up ,so my grandson couldn't play in the backyard. The management company was very nice and quick to respond. They did bring us paper towels and toilet paper which we appreciated. We left most of that for the next guest. They offered to have the bathroom and kitchen cleaned, but that couldn't be done until the next morning, so we just did it ourselves. We were there and needed to use those rooms. There was only a thin blanket with sheets on two beds and the other 3 beds only had sheets and it was very cool when we stayed. We bought a blanket for my mother to keep her from freezing in the downstairs bedroom. The echo is loud from downstairs since there's not enough furniture or any pics on walls to help absorb the noise. Not much to work with as far as kitchen cookware, etc. I think this place may be new to vrbo and with a few tweaks, it would be a great place. Like I said it wasn't horrible and I appreciated the quick response from management.
