The newly renovated living space is sunny and bright with stunning flooring, a great seating area with a large TV, and an updated kitchen packed with essentials. The dining room table is set for eight guests and offers views of the spectacular enclosed pool area.

After spending time in the Florida sunshine, wind down in the primary bedroom, designed to make guests feel like royalty, and features an ensuite bathroom with a double vanity, shower, and tub combination. The second guest bedroom has a calming beach hue with a King bed and a TV. The third bedroom offers a chic vibe, appointed with two twin beds. The hallway bathroom is updated with a modern vibe and has a walk-in shower. Behind the sliding barn doors is the bonus sleeping area with two daybed trundle beds and a convenient work desk in case you need to check those emails while “Out of Office”. A washer and dryer are available for guest use.

Cute place, few minutes drive to Crescent Beach

Super cute place. Pool looked a little bigger in photos, but we had 4 kids who loved it! Great layout. Super close to grocery, restaurants, and shopping. About 2-3 minute drive from the beach, without traffic. Plan a longer drive over the bridge during the day. Clean, lots of beach toys, chairs, towels, amenities. We had a great time!!

Turn the heat up

Heated pool NOT you want to say pool is cold because of weather and a act of God but in reality you don’t want to turn the heat up that’s the one thing I asked before renting is your pool heated and you said yes that was very important to us so you failed on that there are a few other things but that was the big one

Comfortable, clean, and quiet

This home was in a very convenient location - close to shops, restaurants, and beaches - but the side street was very peaceful. The house was in mint condition - updated and very clean with all of the amenities one could need. The pool is a little smaller than the photos indicated, but the indoor and outdoor space was large enough for our group of 5. Overall, I would definitely recommend this property.
