About this property

Welcome to our gorgeous private Villa in the heart of Alacati! Close to all the restaurants, cafe's and attractions. This 4 bed/3bath home is the perfect summer home! Situated over 2 floors with ample space! Enjoy the private pool and beautiful garden, with A/C in every room. Close proximity to the best beaches!
I'd appreciate if guests could keep the villa clean. I'll do my best to keep guests happy and provide as much information and advice on places to visit while here. When leaving the house please keep doors & windows locked.
Our company check in window is from 10am - 10pm. If you plan on checking in before/after that time frame - An additional $50 fee will be paid upon check in.

Airport transfer provided at an additional cost.

Garden and Pool get cleaned 3 times a week.

Smoking is not permitted indoors. If smoking has been detected inside our home, there will be a $50 USD penalty charge.
