The space
Private 1 bedroom 1 bathroom guest suite with a queen bed, suitable for up to two people. This unit is your home away from home featuring a small full kitchen for all of your cooking needs. Enjoy shared access to our beautiful courtyard and lagoon-style pool (not heated).
This suite is attached to the main house and shares walls with three other units. Sound does transfer between them. Our quiet hours begin at 10 p.m.

Street parking is available anywhere in the neighborhood within accordance with city parking laws - allow 5 feet of space on either side of trash cans, bulk trash piles, fire hydrants, and driveways when parking. be courteous with our patient and wonderful neighbors who would appreciate their driveways not blocked by guest vehicles.
Other things to note
• The front lawn is irrigated a few times a month - it is normal to see it flooded. Don’t be alarmed!
• The guest suite appears larger in photos
• The pool (not heated) closes at 10 p.m
• Coin-operated laundry is available on-site (requires quarters)
• Surrounding neighbors have small/medium-sized dogs

OCCUPANCY RULES and RESTRICTIONS
This Rental Agreement and Contract (the “Agreement”) is a legally binding agreement made and entered into as of the Reservation Date by and between the person(s) or company (the “Guest”) and the Owner, manager or agent (“Owner”), pursuant to which the Guest has agreed to rent the residence described in this listing (the “Property”), for the duration of the Rental Term for the Total Rental Fee and other good and valuable consideration as described herein and/or on reservation. By reserving Owner’s Property, Guest agree to the following:
TERMS
The term "Owner" or “Lessor” shall include North of Nothing LLC (DBA Loma Linda Courtyard Suites), Property Owners, the Management, officers, partners, employees, agents, assigns, subsidiaries, and affiliates.
The term “Property” or “Premises” shall include apartment, condo, house and/or other domicile including all its furniture, appliances, fixtures, amenities, attachments, buildings, structures, land, common areas and community areas.
The term “Guest” or “Guest(s)” shall include all persons, including adults and minors, having reserved the Property.
The term “Agreement” shall include all the provisions of this document, as well as, any counterparts agreed to as part of reservation through third-party.
The term “Parties” shall include the Guest(s) and Owner.
The term “Check In” or “Check In Date” is date reserved for Guest to begin term of stay.
The term “Check Out” or “Check Out Date” is date reserved for Guest to end term of stay.
The term “Rate” is the nightly or daily rate Guest agrees to pay Owner for use of Property.
