St Pete Indian Rocks Beach - Half Mile Away!

Minutes from the Beach! This home is located in a quiet neighborhood just walking distance from the beach. 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with 5 beds in total. 1 being a bunk bed to accommodate more guests!

The space
This property is equipped with all the necessary things you will need for the duration of your stay. Outside there are four parking spots located in the front of the home that you can park during your stay.

Through the front door, you enter into the spacious living room with the sofa and additional chairs for seating. Next to the living room we have a beautiful dining area where you can enjoy all of your meals!

To the left of the home, you have 2 spacious rooms with king sized beds! Down the hall way on the left, you have a laundry room with a washer and dryer and the secondary guest bathroom. To the right, this is where your master bedroom is with the amazing en-suite bathroom, providing fresh towels and linens for every stay!

This open concept allows you to overlook the living room from the kitchen peninsula, offering extended counter top area and storage space in the kitchen.

Just past the kitchen you have another living room with a sofa and also a dedicated workspace area where you can work on the go, if needed!

This is also where the third bedroom is located. It is equipped with a queen sized bed and twin bunk beds, a smart tv and ample amount of clothing storage.

The back of the home has sliding glass doors that exit from the living room to the outside patio and huge fenced backyard. There is a fire place and adirondack chairs that everyone can relax at after a long day at the beach!

Guests will have access to the entire home.

This home is in walking distance to the beach, grocery stores, convenient stores, restaurants, and many other attractions in the Indian Rocks Beach area.

This is the beautiful intracoastal, directly in the backyard. The view is always a guest favorite! Sip coffee and watch dolphins, fish, you can even bring your boat and dock it here as well.

Spring Break 2024

Great communication upon booking and throughout stay. Excellent location! Clean home with high end touches and all the kitchen necessities. The bikes were a great touch, we even rented another at the surf shop.

Perfect house, great neighborhood!

This was the perfect house, very spacious and lovely finishes. The neighborhood is charming and just a short walk to the beach. The house was equipped with all that we needed and more. Even some beach chairs and a cooler! I highly recommend this property and hope to return another time.

Dream Vacation Home Rental

My mom, my two teens and I drove down from NJ for a week’s vacation in horrible traffic but the minute we stepped into this beautiful home, we were instantly relaxed - this place is beautiful! High-end decor, clean (which is very important to us) and made us feel right at home! The owner thought of everything as far as supplies, kitchen appliances (everything new) laundry room was equipped with everything we needed as well. Beach was walking distance away or a 3 minute drive to another part of the beach. So conveniently close to shops and restaurants. Neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. We didn’t want to leave and we ended up staying one extra day! Also, the host Matthew was so helpful with any questions we had and was quick to respond. We are definitely coming back to this place! Best vacation spot and we made such great memories!

Great Vacay Getaway

Clean, accommodating, comfortable home away from home. Home was fully stocked with things we needed as far as cooking goes, plenty of towels linens and bedding. Th only downsides is that it wasn’t as close to the beach as we anticipated but we had a rental car so that wasn’t a major issue. One other thing to mention: I would say make sure laundry pods are adequately stocked if a family/group is staying for 5 days. There were only a few left in the bag otherwise I would have washed and dried the towels before checking out. Overall great stay!!
