Tennis courts and grill all within your view of back covered porch. Then, pool view from covered area at front door! Amazing location while adults barely have to leave checking on kids & older kids play tennis or watch the younger kids at the pool! While Dad or "Grill Master" hangs out with dinner on the grill! Mom can see all what is going on from front and back porches! Captain Daves Neighbor is similar to an On-Site Resort Restaurant!

Kids will love ghost crabbing at dusk / after sunset with flashlights...don't forget to star gaze, too! 8-foot-deep Pool is open later as long as you are quiet and do not disturb the surrounding condos. The shallow end is divided with a pool rope, so those early swimming learners know where to stay or venture when ready!

Destin Beach stay

This place was in walking distance to the beach and some great restaurants. The house was cozy and had everything we needed. Host was quick to respond when needed.

Girls trip

Great location from beach. There are a couple of restaurants within walking distance. Plenty of cookware and utensils. Plenty of room for our family which was three adults a teen and a baby. No ramp at beach access or at building where you stay so it makes it a little harder to carry everything with a baby. The owner was very responsive to any questions and we would stay again.
