A spacious lower level with walkout onto patio and grassed area with a fantastic rural view, very tranquil. Open concept fully furnished apartment with the best of two worlds. Located in a tranquil country atmosphere, within 5 minutes to downtown Picton with all its amenities (LCBO, Metro, Sobeys, No Frills, Rexall, Giant Tiger, Regent Theater, banks, hospital, boutiques, restaurants) and of course, only 15 minutes to the Sandbanks Provincial Park with it's beautiful beaches. Wine tours, Choice of 38 wineries and Micro Brewer's to visit and do sample tasting, plus enjoy a dining experience. Surrounding area is also ideal for avid bikers with a short distance to Bloomfield. Biking trails, Antiquing, Bird watching, Hiking, Kayaking, and golf.

You will enjoy the newly renovated extremely spacious 1,100 sq. ft. apartment with a full sized kitchen, large dining area, one bedroom queen size, one bathroom, outdoor patio/ weber which is a fully functional accommodation with private access and own parking spot. Central air conditioning. Unit comes with a lot of amenities. Kitchen : Fully equiped with all utensils & dishes. Also toaster, coffee maker, magic bullet, kettle and tea pot.
Accessories: Vaccum, hair dryer, iron ironing board. Smart TV, Free wifi. BBQ and patio set. Lessee is responsible for the propane. Lessee is also responsible for supplying linens. Term from April 1st to October 31st. Adults only. $1,000,00 Damage deposit

Situated on 1 1/2 acre property. Very private & quiet. Wildlife visible. Apartment has a walk out patio with a vista view of farm land & crops depending on the year of plantation. Great solitude for reading and taking in the frech air.
