Spacious enough to house 15+ people, this beautifully designed family house includes 8 bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, a spacious living-room with sliding glass doors, comfortable furnishings and a piano, a laundry room, and 3 bathrooms/WC. A flat rooftop, the length of the house, is ideal for outdoor yoga. Its large terraces provide unparalleled views, outdoor eating areas, and as a backdrop, the 4,000-feet mountain of La Lance. The house is easily accessible from the road, and yet perfectly quiet, aside from the wind in the trees, birds, and chirping cicadas. A few feet from the house, nested in a clearing of oaks and pine, is a 16x26 ft pool (with a safety fence for young children) for a refreshing summer bath in the heart of nature.
Located in Haute Provence (38 miles north of Avignon), this Côtes du Rhône region abounds with good wines and wineries. It is a prime spot for hikers, bikers, horseback riders, and those who enjoy visiting historical landmarks in picturesque towns and villages.
