This beautiful two story, two bedroom/1 bath house has a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious comfortable living room for the whole group to enjoy. This home is located just a minute from VCU, Richmond Convention Center, Siegel center and so much more. The upstairs bedroom has a king bed, is full of natural sunlight with windows on both sides of the room. The second bedroom is smaller and has a daybed/twin bed.
This home has off street parking located in the back of the house.

Weekend escape

Clean, easy access to where we wanted to go, easy parking, quiet nights. The home was lovely and perfect for the two of us. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Great Stay!

We had a great stay at this home, within walking distance of VCU and many other restaurants. It has a nice backyard with plenty of space for our puppy to roam around. We will stay again!

Enjoyable Stay, Needs More Focus On Smaller Details

It was a comfortable experience despite a few things left to be desired for a complete satisfactory stay. We chose this place, number one, for the spacious backyard for our dog to play. It was very unkept, so we barely ended up using it. A major disappointment. There also needs a bit of additional attention to detail on basic amenities, such as cleaners, if you are staying more than a couple of days. The house was very clean, though. All in all, we had a good time. Great location, street parking was easy, very comfortable furniture (the sectional is outstanding!). Plus, a very nice Rite Aid is right behind the property, so if there was something missing, it was easy for us to get something if we really needed. I'd say that this rental is currently best suited for short stays and if you are renting this property for outdoor use, have a conversation about your intentions to ensure that it meets your expectations. Definitely not a bad experience, but we would classify it more as a place with great potential than a place we would seek to book again for an extended period.
