Relax with the whole family at this peaceful home. Stay, enjoy peace & nature during your stay with your friends/family at our family friendly home in Warminster.

Big property with wifi/cable and a wonderful fireplace. A lot of space in the front and backyard of the house with a fire pit to sit and enjoy the nights. It has 2 bedrooms, a living room, kitchen, and bathroom.

Great, quiet neighbourhood and amazing neighbours.

The house has a cozy open concept living area with two private bedrooms, a bathroom, big backyard for entertaining. Parking is allowed on the property too for your vehicles. A master retreat bedroom and a bunk bed with a double bed base is available in the second bedroom.

The backyard comes equipped with a picnic table, BBQ, as well as a fire pit with surrounding Muskoka chairs, to enjoy a relaxing evening in nature.

This property is ten minutes away from Bass Lake via vehicle. As near by is Casino Rama, Horseshoe Resort, Lake Simcoe and plenty more activities suitable for everyone in the family.

The area has a lot of natural scenery for those who like to sightsee, hike, or be at one with nature.

The reviews all said "quiet" but the place is directly on the Trans Canada Highway. The place was presentable but not up to standards of all other b&bs ive stayed in.

Second stay as good as the first

This was our second stay which we booked after staying earlier in the week. The property is clean, the area is quiet, and you have everything you need in the house and plenty of amenities near by.

Relaxing stay

The stay was just what we needed, quiet, relaxing staycation away from the city. It really is so peaceful at night around the fire pit. Clean house, sheets, and everything was as pictured on the profile page. Baz answered all of our questions about the area, and there is everything you would need within 10 mins of the house.

Perfect low key getaway not too far from the city

The host was great, process from booking to checkin and checkout seamless. The house itself is clean, with fast internet, and everything you need as a family, from games for rainy days to a fire pit for cooler nights. I won’t hesitate to rebook, Baz was very accommodating with our requests too!

The neighbourhood is quiet, has friendly neighbours, and a great mix of cottage life, but near all the modern amenities, this is a property that is sure to please every age group in your party.

There is a lot of indoor space and a very unique outdoor space compared to other properties available in the area. We also have a pet friendly property so that your furry friends aren't excluded from the family vacation. The outdoor space is fully equipped with multiple seating areas for dining, chilling around a firepit, or dining under a covered area, all you have to do is bring your food.
