This home has been configured to accommodate smaller groups, as a result, five bedrooms will be closed off. You'll still have access to all the wonderful spaces and amenities that make this home special.

1. A pool and spa with a view. Whether you’re soaking up the sun or splashing around with the kids, the screened-in pool & spa are an inviting escape. Undeveloped green space backs up to the home, offering natural backyard views and added privacy with no neighbors behind you. You’ll also find an outdoor seating area and table for enjoying your meals al fresco.

2. The arcade. What once was a garage, has been completely overhauled to provide hours of fun with skew-ball, basketball, air hockey and dueling motorcycle video games. This room is a hit for adults and kids alike!

3. The massive upstairs landing. We've leveraged this huge space to create a game room of sorts, complete with a pool table, foosball, a huge flatscreen and couch for movies or sports, and a four-person table for a late-night game of poker.

4. You have free access to an epic resort clubhouse. Feel like taking a day off from the theme parks? We promise that the surrounding Windsor Island Resort is a solid backup, complete with a poolside restaurant and bar, sand volleyball courts, arcade, private cabanas, a water park, fitness center, and more.

5. All the amazing touches & extras. While some vacation rentals skimp on things like towels, bedding and bathroom stuff, we made sure to bring the heat when it comes to both the big details (blackout curtains and premium mattresses) and the little odds & ends, like providing plenty of bathroom and laundry supplies. Meanwhile, the kitchen comes stocked with tons of matching dishes and premium cookware, and we never charge you for using the grill like some places do.

Our bathrooms have tons of super-soft towels and our favorite soaps and shampoos. And our laundry rooms come with detergent and other cleaning supplies should you need them. • Does Overmoon allow pets?
While we love all pets, we only allow dogs at our homes. A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed and you’ll be charged a flat pet fee of $125. If any member of your rental party requires accompaniment by a registered service animal, notification at the time of booking is required.

• Does this home have a crib, high chair, or other baby/toddler gear?
Yes! We have a pack & play, high chair, step stool, books, toys, dishware and more – all included free of charge.

• Does Overmoon have a guest agreement I need to sign?
Yes, when you book this property, you’ll be asked to sign a guest agreement to make sure you know what you’re getting and how to use it.

• Does Overmoon have a minimum age requirement?
Yes, you have to be at least 21 years old to rent this property.
