Welcome to our cozy and spacious two-bedroom, one-bath guest suite with a private entrance! As you step inside, you'll find a comfortable living area where you can unwind and relax. The suite is tastefully furnished, ensuring a pleasant and inviting atmosphere for your stay. The kitchen provides the essentials to prepare your favorite meals. Maintain your fitness routine right from the comfort of your temporary home in the exercise room. Experience all the comforts of a home away from home.

THE PROPERTY: Our home is 20 miles outside of downtown Atlanta and is situated in a cul-de-sac in the Castle Downs neighborhood. It is also only 7 miles from Stone Mountain. The apartment is equipped with smoke detectors and a carbon monoxide detector for your safety. There is also central heat and air as well as a 2nd window AC unit in the master bedroom.

BEDROOMS: There are two bedrooms with queen-sized beds. The master bedroom has a closet and a sitting area with couch and chair. The 2nd bedroom has an armoire and free-standing clothes rack.

ENTERTAINMENT: Stay connected on all your devices with complimentary Wi-Fi. Also, we have four Smart TV’s for your entertainment: one in each bedroom, one in the living room and one in the exercise room.

LIVING ROOM: The living room is spacious with a large sectional sofa, rocking recliner that massages and counter height table and stools.

DINING ROOM: The dining area includes a long table with six dining chairs, large enough for your whole family to enjoy a meal together.

EXERCISE ROOM: The exercise room has a treadmill, exercise bike, weights and yoga mat.

KITCHEN: The kitchen is equipped with a convection oven with dual hot plates, a full size refrigerator, microwave, k-pod coffee maker and many of the essentials needed to prepare your favorite meals.

WORKSTATION: If you need to get some work done during your stay, there is a dedicated workspace with a full-sized desk, ergonomic chair, USB keyboard and mouse.

BATHROOM: The bathroom is stocked with towels and a few complimentary toiletries.

Better Than Expected!

The place was much more spacious than I expected! The beds were comfortable. It was also very clean! My daughter recently moved to Georgia and lives in Conyers. This place was about 20 minutes away. The basement entrance is around the back of the house and the steps go down. It was nice knowing that the door automatically locks after a few seconds. There was a slight issue when I was trying to cook because the water and pans were not heating enough, even at the highest setting. The water never boiled and the pancakes took so long to brown and cook. I did send a message to the host, asking if they could bring a griddle for us to use. They dropped it off that same day and I was able to make eggs, bacon, and pancakes quickly with the griddle. I kept the food warm in the convection oven. There is no thermostat to adjust the temperature but Angelena did say we could let her know if we wanted to request any changes. There were also ceiling fans and a window AC unit in one of the bedrooms. There were plenty of toilet paper rolls and towels in the bathroom. There were extra comforters and blankets. There were plenty of trash bags and paper towels. There was a basket with goodies, coffee pods, & creamers. That was unexpected & much appreciated. It was a nice neighborhood. The area was quiet. Our stay was from Sunday through Thursday. We arrived late Sunday and left early Thursday. Angelena was an attentive and responsive host! We definitely enjoyed our stay!
